This new home is situated on peat soil which requires the foundation to be supported by piles driven down to solid bearing well below grade. Screw piles will be used to ensure the least amount of soil and neighbor disruption.

This beautifully designed house will be efficient in its use of internal space with large, open living areas and separated, private sleeping quarters. The structure has been designed to be cost effective to build as well as aesthetically timeless in character. Taking advantage of the corner site, two facades have been developed for visual appeal while keeping the other facades minimal in profile and complexity.
