This inspiring infill development is an example of how well planned spaces can work within small footprints. This 1200sf home has a spacious main floor with a guest bed and on the second floor a luxurious master bedroom suite. The shape that is created blends into the more traditional context of its neighbourhood but advocates a more minimal, contemporary expression. The inspiration for this infill came from the creative minds at Hofman Dujardin Architects in the Netherlands.

This small infill expresses its character through a moody grey colour scheme, precise detailing and minimal massing. The design also seeks to maintain a close relationship with the neighbouring developments. Working closely with Smallworks Studios this project demonstrates what you can achieve in a small home.
