We are proud to announce that this project was amongst the first round of approved laneway applications in Vancouver. This project paves the way for laneway development in Vancouver and we are excited about the process and the many creative designs to come.

A simple shape was developed to ensure minimal withdrawals from the budget books while maintaining an aesthetic appeal. The floor plan is open, easy to manage, and ultimately flexible in it’s use. The homeowners will have a space that can adapt to their dynamic needs.
