This major renovation rejuvenates an existing 30 year old home with an extensive re-working of the interior spaces and exterior facades. The exterior design is Spanish influenced, using the majority of the existing exterior walls we re-shaped the footprint to create a home that more closely relates to the site. The original house can be seen in the newly designed massing. A unique home that feels more like a grand villa sits on a curving corner lot where it can be enjoyed from many vantage points from both inside and out.
